Erected by John Bell of Tildarg in memory of his parents: Elizabeth Bell who died April 1867 aged 75 years and William Bell who died September 1871 aged 78 years. Also their grandchild Wm. Jno. Bell who died Nov 1876 aged 13 years. Also their friend Js. McLatchie died June 2nd 1882 aged 31 yrs. Also above-named John Bell died May 17th 1893 aged 76 yrs & their daughter Margt. Greenles died Feb 14th 1897 aged 70 yrs.
