Inscription
To the memory of William Rogers Hill who died in Demerary 11th February 1809 in the 20th year of his age. The body of Bankhead Hill lieth here: he died the 25th March 181(2) in the 12th year of his age. And also the bodies of 3 of his brothers who died in infancy.
