Inscription
Underneath are deposited the remains of the Rev. Adam Hill, Presbyterian minister of Ballynure, who departed this life on 21st of July 1827 in the seventieth year of his age and the forty second of his ministry. Like Nathaniel of old he was. Also those of his wife Helena who died on 24th November 182(5) aged 6(3) years. Also their son Adam who died the 14th April 1832 in the 27th year of his age. And Sarah Ann Bankhead who died 27th Dec 1838 aged 2 years & 9 months. And William John Bankhead who died 26th July 1849 in the 10th year of his age, children of Doctor Joseph Bankhead. Also Penelope Anne, his widow, who died 28th April 1853.
