Inscription
Erected by Elizabeth Hunter to the memory of her late husband Anthony Hunter of Ballyclare who died on 13th February 1813 aged 56 years. And of four of her children who died during infancy. Also to the memory of her three sons namely Wm. John died on the 19th January 1822 aged 30 years. Samuel who died at Abbeville in France on 15th Dec 1834 aged 30 years. Sinclair who died at Belturbet in the County of Cavan on 28th March 1836 aged 34 years. And likewise of her daughter Eliza, wife of Andrew Sparrowhawk, who died on 11th March 1837 aged 29 years. Also of the erector Elizabeth Hunter who died 20th November 1840 aged 72 years. Hunter stone fallen over.
