Erected by James Knox in memory of his daughter Jenny Knox who died 26th March 1897 aged 13 years. Also his son Joseph Knox who died 25th March 1907 aged 26 years. Also his wife Agnes Knox who died 22nd Dec 1925 aged 73 years. Also his grandson James Kennedy who died 25th May 1923 aged 2 years. Also the above-named James Knox who died 6th August 1932 aged 77 years. Also his grandson Wesley Knox who died 7th Febry 1938 aged 3 1/2 years. Also his son Robert James Knox who died 30th March 1971. Also Ann Isabel, wife of Robert James Knox who died 14th January 1988.
