Inscription
Erected by James Kerr, Dairyland, in memory of his son Samuel who died 5th Decr 1890 aged 33 years. Lost to sight, to memory dear; An honest heart lies mouldering here. The above-named James Kerr, P.M., P.K., H.K.T. who departed this life 12th Oct 1903 in the 77th year of his age, and who for 58 years took an active and intelligent part in the working of Masonic Lodge 276 and of Masonry in this district. Deeply regretted. Also his wife Jane Kerr who died 21st Feby 1911 aged 85 years. And his cousin Mary E. Rodgers died 18th May 1954.
